Why Women Struggle With Confidence...

Hey Reader,

I was sitting in a meeting with my son’s high school basketball coach last night, talking about how he could improve and get more time on the court during games. The coach said something that stuck with me:

“He needs to start showing that he wants to be the one with the ball.”

What he meant was this: My son needed to want the ball more than he was afraid of failing. He needed to take the shot, even if he might miss. Guard the guy, even if he’s twice his size. Show up, try hard, get beat, screw up—and then do it all over again.

That’s how confidence is built.

And you know what? The same rules apply to us.

As women, we’re often taught to please others, to play it safe, and to avoid rocking the boat. But if you want more confidence, you’ve got to unlearn that. Confidence doesn’t come from avoiding failure—it comes from showing up, trying, and doing it again, even when it’s messy.

I’m going to show you how to do exactly that in my upcoming masterclass.

It costs less than going out for lunch, and it could completely shift how you show up in your life.

Hey Reader, I bet you didn't know that confidence is a human need. It's not just something that's "nice to have", it's something we need to feel emotions like joy and fulfillment.
