I'm so inspired!

Hey Reader,

I’ve got to tell you about my client "Shirley" (name changed for privacy"—because her story gives me full-body chills.

Shirley hired me because she was having panic attacks just thinking about getting in a car or on a plane. Anxiety had such a grip on her life that even the idea of travel would send her spiraling. She felt like a prisoner to her fear.

But Shirley was done living like that.

So we started working together. I taught her the tools I use with all my clients—real, practical things to help her feel safe in her body again. And she used them. She didn’t just listen to what I said—she applied it to her real life.

And guess what? She got on a plane. Overseas. With her family. No panic. No spiraling. Just Shirley—calm, grounded, and fully present.

She now knows exactly what to do when anxiety shows up. And more than that, she knows it doesn’t have to control her anymore.

I’m so proud of her I could cry. I gave her the tools—but Shirley did the work. And watching her come back into her power reminded me exactly why I do this work.

What keeps you going? What’s that thing that reminds you why you do what you do? Hit reply and tell me—I’d love to hear it.

Literally floating,
Amanda

Hey Reader, Have you ever walked away from a conversation and thought, “Did they even hear me?”Or maybe it’s more subtle—like shrinking your voice or second-guessing what you said because someone didn’t quite “get” you. If you’re nodding along, I recorded this week’s podcast just for you. In this episode, I’m sharing a really personal story that perfectly illustrates what it feels like to be unseen and unheard, especially when you’re neurodivergent or just wired a little differently.We’re...

Hey Reader, Have you ever felt like no one really gets you? Like you’re constantly giving but not receiving? Like you’re exhausted from trying to meet everyone else’s needs while yours are left on the back burner? If that’s you, I want you to know—you’re not alone. And more importantly, there’s nothing wrong with you. The truth is, many of us (especially sensitive and neurodivergent women) have been taught to mask our needs, to be “easygoing,” to go with the flow—even when we’re drowning...

Hey Reader, I bet you didn't know that confidence is a human need. It's not just something that's "nice to have", it's something we need to feel emotions like joy and fulfillment. But here’s the thing—confidence isn’t something you either have or don’t. It’s not a switch you flip once and never worry about again. It’s a practice. And if you’ve ever wondered why you can feel unstoppable one day and completely unsure the next, it’s because confidence is built, not found. Tomorrow, I’m teaching...
