Here's Why You Overthink Everything ...


Hey Reader,

Do you ever wonder where the line is between thinking just enough and thinking too much? How do you know when it’s too much? Is it when the anxiety hits? Is it when you can’t sleep at night? Or maybe when you can’t stop talking about it?

Here’s the thing: I don’t think calling yourself an overthinker is helping. In fact, I’d argue it’s keeping you stuck. When you label yourself as an overthinker, it’s like giving your brain a license to do more of it. And then you try to fix it by “getting rid” of overthinking, which just creates… more overthinking. Sound familiar?

I don’t focus on “stopping overthinking” because, well, it doesn’t work. You know the saying: the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. Are you ready for a different result?

What if I told you that the key isn’t to think less? What if it’s about creating more confidence in yourself? Because when you’re confident, you’re not worried about how much you’re thinking. You’re just living.
